Direct answer

What is Passpod?

Passpod is a trust receipt protocol for sensitive digital decisions. It checks whether an action should proceed, records the policy, consent, review, expiry, and state path, and creates a limited Trust Action Receipt.

Passpod is designed for workflows where an action should not happen blindly: AI-agent actions, admin actions, remote-worker trust checks, access reviews, recovery requests, or other sensitive digital decisions.

What is a Trust Action Receipt?

A Trust Action Receipt records what was requested, which rule or policy context applied, whether consent or approval was involved, what decision was recorded, when the receipt expires, and whether the state can later be checked or revoked.

How the flow works

1. Request — a sensitive action or trust workflow is initiated.
2. Policy check — TASK Core checks the rule before the action.
3. Consent / approval — the responsible person or system reviews where needed.
4. Receipt — Passpod records a limited Trust Action Receipt.
5. State lookup — DIDX can expose safe public state when appropriate.
Boundary: Passpod does not replace wallets, IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, legal review, or final decision-makers. It records a limited control path around selected sensitive actions.
