Use receipt-backed control without creating fake certainty.
Passpod must be used to improve control, auditability, expiry, revocation, and verification paths — not to target affected organizations, impersonate brands, or make absolute-protection claims.
Disallowed use
Do not use Passpod, DIDX, Sentinel, or receipts to impersonate brands, create public shaming lists, target organizations around incidents, or misrepresent legal or compliance status.
No final-decision claims
Passpod records control decisions. It does not make final business, legal, employment, financial, security, or access decisions for clients.
No unsafe wording
Avoid absolute-safety claims, final-decision claims, public shaming labels, legal-certification claims, or language suggesting that Passpod approves a company, person, agent, workflow, or outcome.
